I wanna share with you an amazing protein smoothie that I made for the first time today. It contains quite a lot of protein so it’s the perfect meal right after a work out, or if you need to stock up the days protein intake, or just simply if you feel like a refreshing and healthy snack.
Mix together half a banana, 1 dl of raspberries, 1 dl of (quark)kvarg, 1 egg and 1 tsb of honey. For decoration you can use some more honey, or sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon over the top. It’s quick, simple and very tasty! x
