So I finally got myself together and made banana pancakes. It feels like this style of pancakes has grown so popular over the past year so I thought it was time to see what the hype was about. I made them out of 1 banana, 2 eggs and 2 big spoons of cottage cheese. I mixed it all together and then I used regular butter in the frying pan. This was enough for two quite big pancakes. They turned out very tasty and for the one who likes sweet in the morning they are a great breakfast choice. Just top them with fruit and berries or whatever topping you like the most! =) xx
The alarm was set on 05.45 this morning! And that wasn’t just for fun! My friend and b-report partner Lovisa and I are having a packed day in front of us with surveys, interviews (all for the b-report), a computer lab and a group assignment! A busy day in other words, and that needs a filling breakfast of course! Yogurt with raspberries, kiwi and seeds!! I hope you will have a great day, Lovisa’s and mine will for sure be both interesting and fun! xx
I hava had a major pancake craving all day, and now it’s finally time to dine. Raspberries, pineapple, jam and some vanilla sugar will do it!
Last nights party was a total blast! I had so much fun together with my amazing Uni-friends. We drank wine, played charades, drank more wine, stumbled off to Kåren (the school’s nightclub), drank cheap blue terrible cocktails and then we DANCED – all night long!
Opps, I better get started on the pancakes before they get cold! I hope you will have a fun Saturday night! xx
