Hello Sunny Sunday! Both David and I worked until about 02.00  last night and I think we went to bed at around 04.00. No wonder that we are feeling a bit burnt this morning! I woke up at my usual time 06.00 – thank you for that dear alarm on the body clock!

Now it is time for brekkie though. The coffees and smoothies are on the table and the bread is ready in the toaster! The smoothies today contains  banana, blueberries, raspberries, mango, kiwi and oat milk! Cheers! xx

The alarm was set on 05.45 this morning! And that wasn’t just for fun! My friend and b-report partner Lovisa and I are having a packed day in front of us with surveys, interviews (all for the b-report), a computer lab and a group assignment! A busy day in other words, and that needs a filling breakfast of course! Yogurt with raspberries, kiwi and seeds!! I hope you will have a great day, Lovisa’s and mine will for sure be both interesting and fun! xx

Yesterday I wanted to bring out some old bartending skills so I made a layered drink, and it turned out to be a great raspberry and kiwi smoothie at the end. On the bottom layer there are yogurt, raspberries and a tiny bit of Fun Light Wildberries and on the top layer there is kiwi mixed with a tiny bit of lime cordial. Refreshing and good for the sweet tooth! xx

healthy breakfast

Starting off this week in a healthy way! I am so happy that I can eat kiwi fruit now without any probelms. I was allergic to it growing up but I tried it a while ago and no bad reactions. So yummy, and so great to have in the porridge! Now I am off to school, but first a quick stop at the supermarket to pick up some snack for my afternoon in the library! xx

I managed to mix together a very tasty vitamin boost smoothie earlier today! Even David thought it was really fresh and nice, but I did have to lie and say it wasn’t celery in it before he drank it – I was busted after his first sip, haha! I think smoothies are perfect snacks in between meals, they are filling, but not heavy.

1. I used 3 dl of water and a big handful of seasonal salad mix and blended it together until smooth.

2. Then I added one stick of celery, one banana (I changed the apple on the pic to one banana instead), one peeled pear and a kiwi – mix at high-speed!

3. And then I finished it off with the juice from half a lemon and 2 teaspoons of honey, and then I did one last short blend! Ready to serve!!

Yum!! xx
