last night I was baking

Since I actually like to spend some time in the kitchen nowadays I last night decided to freestyle a bit with my new hobby. I took what I had at home: turkish yoghurt, cooked quinoa, hazel nuts, flaxseed, sunflower seed, a banana, cinnamon and lemon juice. I mixed it all into a good dough and then I baked it in the oven for about 25 minutes.

And this is the result! Cute little food bites for breakfast or as a side dish for a soup or a salad maybe. I put them in the toaster and ate them with cream cheese and tomato slices on this morning!  =)

Today I am home all by myself since Kiwi is in Stockholm. I will give a few hours to schoolwork and for paying bills, but I can’t be inside all day! The weather is quite good and the people outside the window are wearing shorts, T-shirts and dresses =) Summer is almost here now! xx
