a pretty view on my pw this morning!
New week, new challenge! This is the deal – in 4 weeks I will manage to do 20 morning power walks – each of them 5 km long. To even it out I will aim for 5 walks / week. I will do this little challenge with myself because I know it will do great – it releases loads of energy (which students really need) and it also clears my very busy mind. Today is day 1 and the first PW is done!
